Cost per m³: £1.114 (based on Utility Company ‘Select 180 Tariff’ 2012/13 rates)
Cost per year: £292.838.04 + Fixed Charge £71,005 per annum = £363,843.04
Following borehole installation:
Abstraction Licence granted to abstract:-
Annual usage: 266,200m³ therefore 22,880m³ per year was planned to be taken from Utility Company
Cost per year:-
Utility company: £5,139.50 (based on Utility Company Standard Tariff band at £1.690m³ – no fixed charge)
Abstraction fee: £2,200 approx. (varies dependant on water usage)
Water Treatment Chemicals, Sampling & Maintenance: £16,500 approx.
